EMBROIDERY DESIGN PROCESS
To embroider a design onto a garment the image must first be digitized. Digitizing a design converts your art/design into an embroidery ready format.
Digitizers use computer software to convert your image into a pattern of stitches that our embroidery machines can read.
After your image has been digitized, a stitch out is created. It is then emailed to you for your review and approval. If you prefer, we can also provide you a stitch out.ype your paragraph here.
SCREEN PRINTING DESIGN PROCESS
Method in which ink is applied directly to the surface to be printed (substrate). The image to be printed is photographically transferred to a very fine fabric (the screen) such that the non-printing areas are blocked off and the fabric serves as a stencil. The ink is wiped across the screen to pass through the unblocked pores and reach the substrate. For each color to be printed a separate screen is prepared and the process is repeated.
Once your design is reviewed and you have accepted our quote, the EMBROIDRY or SCREEN PRESS process begins.
